Compassionate Man Rescues And Nurtures 20 Starving Kittens On The Streets

Upon witnessing 20 forsaken kittens wailing on the street from hunger, the man resolved to bring them all to his abode, providing nourishment and tender care.

Andrei Gorshunov from Yekaterinburg never anticipated such an extraordinary event occurring in his life!

One day, while walking home from work, he heard a soft, plaintive squeak coming from the bushes near the bus stop.

Curiosity was piqued, and Andrey decided to investigate further.

To his astonishment, he discovered a box nestled in the bushes with tiny kittens inside!

"At first, I spotted only two kittens," Andrey recounted. "I immediately scooped one into my arms, while the other, startled by passing cars, dove deeper into the bush. As I explored the foliage, I stumbled upon this very box, brimming with kittens.

Before Andrey could process the situation, a car pulled up to the exact spot. It turned out the driver sought refuge there to avoid the traffic police.

The driver, too, noticed the peculiar box and wore the same expression of surprise... Without hesitation, he offered Andrey and the kittens a ride home.

Inside the box, Andrey counted a total of 18 fluffy bundles, all in need of food, water, and care!

Unable to catch one particular kitten, Andrey returned later. To his amazement, there were now three-eyed kittens.

"As a result, I ended up with 21 kittens at my house," shared Gorshunov. "I started feeding and hydrating them. However, I noticed that three of the kittens were behaving sluggishly. This led me to take them for tests.

The clinic conducted a rapid test, revealing that one of the kittens had panleukopenia, a severe infection that can be fatal for cats. The veterinarian explained that if the kittens had been in contact, they were all likely infected.

Now, the kittens are in dire need of urgent help, as their survival is uncertain. Andrei even organized a social media fundraiser for their treatment.

He has already managed to raise 45,000 rubles, with 15,000 allocated for the kittens' medical care.

"Friends took six kittens, and I am currently taking the rest to the clinic for treatment," said Andrei. "These kittens require professional care. However, I still need to gather at least 30,000 rubles for their treatment.
